The Osteria 16 is cookbook created by the team behind the Copenhagen based restaurant Osteria 16. Cookbook offers 80 simple receipts including antipasti, pasta, risotto, bread and desserts, made with a few carefully selected ingredients and prepared with care. The recipes are inspired by Italian cuisine and range from antipasti, pasta, and risotto to plenty of polenta, green dishes, and desserts. The dishes are designed for informal serving – family style – as known from Osteria 16, the popular antipasti restaurants owned by childhood friends Morten Kaltoft and Emil Alsbo. The foreword of the book is written by Kristoffer Dahy Ernst.
