The Rug no.11 by the Cappelen Dimyr is a heavy, compact and rustic rug in luxury chunky wool woven in a classic basket weave construction. The bold and over-dimensioned yarn runs through the entire rug and transitions into fringes made from the same yarn along all the sides. This elevated piece is the first in Cappelen Dimyr’s collection with an appearance that is more classic.
Any variation in color or detailing is a result of the handcrafted nature of this item, making each piece unique. It should be noted that this rug has a partially long pile and shaggy texture, which usually has a tendency to shed more than low pile rugs. Regular vacuuming is recommended to reduce shedding.

Cappelen Dimyr uses only natural fibers such as unbleached linen and wool in an effort to make products thathave minimal harmful impact on the environment. Every piece is trimmed by hand,washed with natural soap, and dried under the sun. Cappelen Dimyr uses no chemicals in any part of the production, and constantly strives to improve their practices in respect for people and the planet. Most of our furniture, lighting and larger products are not kept in stock and are ordered specifically for you. Free shipping in Norway on all orders on homeware that is in stock, exceeding 1000 kr. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard handling time for all items in stock is 1-3 days, in addition to the postal service's delivery time.
Most of our furniture is not kept in stock and are subject to a certain delivery time stated in the product description.
Returns and Non-Refundable Products
Products that are stocked (including everyting from Tekla, even if the product is not in stock) can be returned within 14 days. This applies for most of our homeware and all products from Tekla.
